1. 
It be agreed that the Economic Inactivity
Trailblazer Programme grant of £0.425m secured will be
accepted and that c£0.264m (or possibly £0330m) will be
commissioned directly by LBB. 
2. 
It be agreed that the Trailblazer Programme grant
will test new and innovative approaches to supporting specific
economically inactive cohorts[1] into
employment to meet the grant objectives.
3. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning, Property and Regeneration to approve any additional
Economic Inactivity Trailblazer grant funding (and associated
activities) secured in the future.

women, individuals with disabilities and long-term health
conditions and carers.
