Recommendations:
That
the Director of Commercial Property and Regeneration in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Accessible Housing and
Resources is:
i.
Authorised to agree a renewal of a new 1 year
lease at Friars Square in accordance with the Heads of Terms
contained in the confidential appendices.
ii.
Finalise Heads of Terms, agree lease, exchange
and complete in accordance with the emerging Heads of Terms
contained in the confidential appendices on the same terms as the
existing 2 year lease deal.
