Purpose

To introduce or amend parking restrictions in
the Elm Farm Estate, Aylesbury

Content

Recommendations:               
 
That
the Leader notes the outcome of the statutory public consultation
for the Traffic Regulation Order;
 
That
the Leader approves the making and introduction of a Traffic
Regulation Order, comprising of parking restrictions within the Elm
Farm Estate, Aylesbury, subject to the following amendments to the
parking restrictions detailed below:
 
1.                 
‘Limited Waiting Mon – Sat 8am-10pm
4hrs No Return Within 4hrs’ to be amended to ‘Limited
Waiting Mon – Fri 8am-10pm 4hrs No Return Within 4hrs’
on Hazelhurst Drive; and
 
2.                 
‘No Waiting Mon – Sat 8am-10pm’
to be amended to ‘No Waiting Mon – Fri 8am –
9.30am and 2.30pm – 4pm’ on Waivers Way
