Reasons for the decision
The Council has reviewed the Examiner’s report and concludes that the modifications proposed by the Examiner are valid. However, at the request of the Parish Council, the Council wishes to propose an additional modification that includes some explanatory text where a policy has been removed by the examiner’s modification.
As a result the Council has decided to accept the Examiner’s modifications to the Neighbourhood Plan but to also consult on an additional modification set out in Annex 2.
