Exemption from publication: There are

of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the

affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding
that information).

To allow Buckinghamshire Council Culture Development Team to Occupy
Units 1-2 and 2A for Place Partnership programme.

Reasons for the decision

The properties are currently vacant. The terms
of the letting are in line with the market. The proposed letting
will generate a revenue to support delivery of the
Council’s services and meeting the Council’s
obligations under Section 123 of the Local
Government Act 1972.

Alternative options considered

There have been no substantial offers
for
unit 1-2 and it has remained vacant for the last 6 months with the
Council retaining the holding costs. Unit 2A is also currently
vacant, and due to the size is unlikely to attract a commercial
tenant.
