The application is ACCEPTED and a definitive
map modification order be made to modify the Definitive Map and
Statement by showing the route as Public Footpath on the grounds
that evidence has been discovered which (when considered with all
other available evidence) shows that a public right of way on foot
subsists or is reasonably alleged to subsist over the route.

Reasons for the decision

The decision is based on the available
