Content
That the Gerrards Cross Neighbourhood Plan
meets the Basic Conditions as set out in the attached report and
therefore should proceed to a referendum, also that the referendum
area should be the same as the neighbourhood area.
Reasons for the decision
The Council has reviewed the Examiner’s
report and concluded that the modifications proposed by the
Examiner are valid. However, the Council considered that an
additional modification was needed to ensure The Gerrards Cross
Neighbourhood Plan met the basic conditions.
The Council has now consulted on a further modification for a
period of six weeks with no substantive objection (see background
papers). Therefore, this further modification, together with the
examiners modifications, comprises the modifications required to be
made to the Plan to meet the basic conditions.
As a result of the above, the Plan as modified should proceed to
Referendum.
Please see the attached decision report for further
information.
