Leader AGREED:
That
the Council notes the Statement of Community Consultation for the
Grand Union Canal Water Transfer Project and informs the applicant
that there will clearly be impacts of this proposal in
Buckinghamshire and on individual communities and that it will be
important for those impacts to be properly considered in the
application process.
Please note that this decision
has been taken under the ‘Special Urgency’ provisions
of the constitution due to the timescales imposed for responding to
