Approval to proceed to Statutory Consultation
for the
making of a permanent Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), for the
introduction of ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only, Double Yellow
Lines and Unrestricted Parking Bays’, as well as the
amendment of existing parking restrictions on various roads within
Buckinghamshire.

Reasons for the decision

For avoiding danger to persons or other
traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the
likelihood of any such danger arising, for facilitating the passage
on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including
pedestrians).

Alternative options considered

No other options have been considered. The
Council has duty to facilitate parking for Blue Badge Holders under
the Disability Act 2010 (Equality Act).
