Purpose

To note the feedback received from the LEVI
Programme Board in February 2025 on our proposed Electric Vehicle
(EV) commercial arrangements for the LEVI-funded project.
To agree our preferred commercial arrangements for the Council to
deliver a step-change in the deployment of publicly accessible EV
chargepoints across Buckinghamshire.

Recommendations:
 
Consider the implications to the Medium-Term Financial Plan
(MTFP) of the change in requirements for these Electric Vehicle
(EV) chargepoints on the projected
income stream; note the £68k shortfall in FY25-26 will be
covered within Transport Strategy existing budgets and remove
income targets of £139k in FY26/27 and £150k in
FY27/28.
 
Agree
to proceed to tender for on-street lamppost/bollard-mounted
‘slow’ chargepoints subject
to approval from Office for Zero Emission Vehicles
(OZEV).
