The Leader APPROVED:
(1) The addition and release of £60k to replace Country Parks car park payment machines, funded by surplus revenue income in FY 2025/26, and the addition and release of £50k to replace the Country Park service’s main tractor, funded from earmarked reserves
(2) Release of allocation from the Primary Places funding block to allow the Council to enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to enable progression of the first primary school on the Hampden Fields Development and progress towards a main works contract to starting in 2027
(3) The addition and release of £81,250 to the Capital Programme for (HWTC) Portland House Project, funded from CIL - £50,000 and Opportunities Bucks Reserve - £31,250
(4) Addition and release to the Capital Programme of £587,807 Active Travel Fund 5 (AFF5) grant to deliver an active travel route along the Railway Walk, Buckingham, increasing the budget to £2,423,325. Addition and release from the Capital Programme of £1,566,587 Active Travel Fund (CATF) to deliver a section of the Wycombe Valley Link active travel route, increasing the budget to £2,171,082. Delegate authority to the Service Director for Highways and Technical Services to agree contracts to deliver the schemes
