Purpose

A quarterly report detailing latest performance for our corporate indicators

Decision

The performance report provided details of the key performance measures reported through the corporate performance framework for 2025/26. Latest performance outturns and targets were reported alongside trend and benchmarking information, where available.

At the end of quarter 4, 67 indicators had outturns reported with a Red, Amber or Green status. Of these, 47 are Green (70%), 4 are Amber (6%) and 16 are Red (24%). This compares with 65 indicators with outturns reported in quarter 3, and of these, 45 were Green (69%), 5 were Amber (8%) and 15 were Red (23%).

RESOLVED that Council performance be noted including the action taken to improve performance where required.
