To agree and complete a lease renewal at the above property

Reasons for the decision

Decision rationale: The tenant currently occupies the property under a Tenancy at Will. The lease renewal maintains an income for the Council and avoids void property costs.
The terms of the new lease are in line with the market and will continue to generate a revenue to support delivery of the Council’s services and meeting the Council’s obligations under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972.

Terminate the Tenancy at Will and take back possession of the property.
