Extension of permit holder only eligibility to use
Roughwood Lane, Chalfont St Giles to all residents and
businesses within the geographical area of Latimer and
Ley Hill civil parish.

To make an amendment to the existing Traffic
Regulation Order schedule 3 (legal order).

Reasons for the decision

To allow residents and business users in the Latimer and Ley Hill Parish to make the most efficient local routes south. The legal reason is for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of
traffic (including pedestrians).

Alternative options considered

Not introducing the permit eligibility to residents and businesses of Latimer will extend local journeys to the south of the village.
