Reasons for the decision

The residential unit at the Kite Ridge Centre known as The Vines, provides a specialist residential facility for young people with complex behavioural needs.
The service is currently delivered under a service contract with the provider

Not to renew the lease and seek possession of the property:
Benefit - N/a
Disbenefit - The accommodation is designed for this purpose and the Council currently has no other identified use for the accommodation.
