Exemption from publication: There are

To agree the surrender of the lease dated 31 March 2017, and grant
a new lease to
a new tenant who is buying the existing Marlow Day Care nursery
business to continue
operations at the premises.

Reasons for the decision

Secure the long-term security of rent for the
property and continued operations of the day nursery.
This will continue to generate a revenue to support delivery of the
Council’s services and meeting the Council’s
obligations under Section 123 of the Local Government Act
1972.

Alternative options considered

To not approve the surrender and new
letting. This may lead to a vacant site as the existing operator
would likely close their business.
