To support progressing a Level 2 devolution deal Buckinghamshire as offered by government and set out in the Spring Budget

To delegate authority to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader to negotiate with government and agree the final terms of the devolution agreement and report back to Cabinet

To ensure appropriate Council approvals are in place to enable the deal to be set out in secondary legislation
