Approval of an updated Adult Social Care
Charging Policy
 
[note 23/02/24] - A revised version of this
policy has been agreed as version 15 contained an error: Section 10
previously read “If you receive residential/ nursing care
your care charges can be paid directly to the Council by Direct
Debit every 4 weeks, or you will receive an invoice”; Version
16 has been corrected to reflect “ If you receive
residential/nursing care your weekly client contribution must be
paid directly to your provider”. 
The revised policy appears below as “Adult Social Care
Charging Policy - Update Feb 2024”.
