Reasons for the decision
The Council’s existing lease of Wing Community Library expired on the 30th September 2022. The Council have been holding over on the existing terms since this date.
The existing lease
was originally entered into by Buckinghamshire County Council for a period of 20 years. Rent at expiry was £5,633.31 per annum.
The Trustees of the Wing Hall Trust have agreed to renew lease on the same Terms, save for rent. Terms agreed are detailed in the Confidential Appendix.
Rent agreed is based on RPI increase of rent at expiry.
