The Leader:
a.
APPROVED the making of the Traffic Regulation Order
(TRO) for the scheme outlined in this report.
b.
AGREED that responders to the Statutory Consultation
be informed of the Decision
c.
AGREED that the TRO be made as advertised during the
statutory consultation subject to following amendments in relation
to “The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting,
Loading and Stopping) and (On-street Parking Places) Order
2021:
Cecil
Road, Iver

Remove all yellow lines.
High
Street, Iver

North Side of the road
o
From the junction with Swan Road westward only
extend the yellow lines to finish 2 metres across number 4 high
Street.
o
From the junction with Stonecroft Avenue eastwards
reduce the yellow lines to finish 10 metres from the junction with
Widecroft road.

South Side of the road
o
From the junction with Thorney Lane North westward
only extend the yellow lines to finish at the property boundaries
of The Bull Inn and the Coop.
o
From the limited waiting bay outside number 25
eastward reduce the yellow line until 13.6 metres from the
Coop’s west boundary.
o
From the junction of Chequers Orchard eastwards
reduce the yellow lines to 15 metres,
o
From the junction with Leas Drive westwards remove
all yellow lines.

to the property boundaries with 1 and 3 (north side) and 4 and 6
(southside).
