a.      APPROVED the making of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for the scheme outlined in this report.

b.      AGREED that responders to the Statutory Consultation be informed of the Decision.

c.       AGREED that the TRO be made as advertised during the statutory consultation subject to following amendments in relation to “The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021:

Chapel Hill, Soulbury                         Withdraw the two proposed disabled bay.

Church Street, Burnham                   Withdraw proposed disabled bay.

Queens Road, Marlow                       Withdraw proposed disabled bay.

Springfields, Padbury                        Withdraw proposed disabled bay.

Whitehead Way, Buckingham          Withdraw proposed disabled bay.

Woodley Hill, Chesham                     Withdraw proposed disabled bay.
