That a definitive map modification order be
made pursuant to section 53(2)(b) and (3)(c)(i) of the Wildlife and
Countryside Act 1981 to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by
showing the route between A-B (Appendix 1) as a Public Footpath on
the grounds that evidence has been discovered which (when
considered with all other available relevant evidence) shows that a
public right of way on foot subsists or is reasonably alleged to
subsist over the route.
