Reasons for the decision

Buckinghamshire Council Community Youth Team have identified a new approach to delivering youth work in areas across Buckinghamshire, by using shared
space, such as community centres, family centres and schools.

Alternative options considered

Not surrendering the Council’s interest:

Benefit - The Council retains use of the room

Disbenefit - The property is under-utilised. The Council would be liable for costs of the property. The School cannot expand their SEND provision into this building
