Decision

That the Section 151 Officer, in consultation with the Chairman of the Buckinghamshire Shareholder & Trust Committee:
1. Notes the resignations of former Directors, Mark Preston and John Reed.
2. Appoints Amy Bridgford (Service Director for Corporate Property & Assets) and Dominic Daymond (Head of Asset Management) as Directors of London Road Business Park Management Limited.

Reasons for the decision

Following the Director resignations, replacement Directors are required to be appointed to ensure that the company has good and effective governance in place and has the appropriately skilled individuals in place to take decisions and progress the business aims of the company.
The Shareholder & Trust Committee has delegated authority to approve key appointments and has a current delegation in place (agreed at its August 2026 meeting) for the Section 151 Officer, in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee, to make Director appointments which are unable to wait for the next formally scheduled meeting of the Committee.
The proposed appointments were verbally reported to the Committee on 19th October 2026 and will be formally reported to the next meeting of the Shareholder & Trust Committee in January 2027.
