This report provided a summary
of Buckinghamshire’s Local Heritage List and outlined the
success of the project, lessons learned and set out a proposal for
dealing with future amendments. Phase 1 of the Local Heritage List
was adopted in January 2023 (Item 12). That included 771 heritage
assets from across Buckinghamshire. Phase 2 brought forward an
additional 1,466 heritage assets ready for adoption. Further
amendments to the Local Heritage List would be brought forward on
an annual basis. It was proposed that decisions on future
amendments were delegated to the Service Director for Planning
& Environment in consultation with the relevant Cabinet
Member.

That the Local
Heritage List (Phase 2) be agreed and
adopted. 

That authority be
delegated to the Service Director for Planning and Environment, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning and Regeneration,
to determine further decisions on additions and amendments to the
Local Heritage List.
