Appropriation of Land to Facilitate the
Relocation of
Furze Down Sixth Form to the Short Breaks Day Service Building in
Buckingham

Content

Planning permission having been granted, the Leader is
recommended to:
 

1.     
agree to the appropriation of part of the
Buckingham Opportunities Centre shown edged in red on the appended
plan (“the Property”) firstly for planning purposes,
and

 

2.     
agree to the appropriation of the Property to be
occupied by Furze Down School Sixth Form (the School) for education
purposes,
 
and
for the Director of Legal & Democratic Services to record the
appropriations in memoranda for record keeping purposes.
