Decision
Planning permission having been granted, the Leader is recommended to:
- 1. agree to the appropriation of part of the Buckingham Opportunities Centre shown edged in red on the appended plan (“the Property”) firstly for planning purposes, and
- 2. agree to the appropriation of the Property to be occupied by Furze Down School Sixth Form (the School) for education purposes,
and for the Director of Legal & Democratic Services to record the appropriations in memoranda for record keeping purposes.
