on Land Improvement Holdings (LIH) under the Compulsory Purchase
Order granted in March 2022.
Reasons for the decision
In line with the delegations provided in the
Cabinet report of December 2019 and further ratified on 25th March
2024, officers have delegated authority from the Cabinet to acquire
the land, rights, and interests for SEALR Phase 1
