Purpose

Paper requesting release of capital funds to
progress the Flood Capital Programme over the 2024/ 25 financial
year. The paper also requests addition of three new projects onto
the Flood Capital Programme.

Recommendations:
 
The
Leader is asked to approve:
 

·        
The proposed changes to the Capital Programme as
outline in Section 2.1, including:
 
o  
Addition of the Buckinghamshire (Thames) Natural
Flood Management: West Marlow and Tingewick projects, that will be funded by
re-allocation of the existing capital budget; and
 

·        
The release of £6.77m capital funding for
the identified projects on the Flood Capital Programme, as outlined
in Section 2.3 of the report.
