of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of Schedule 12a of the

That the Council enters a new 5-year lease for Unit 31 Rabans
Close, Aylesbury. The lease to include a tenant only break option
to determine at any time after the 2nd anniversary on giving 6
months’ notice.
