Decision

(A)         DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT TAXI AND
PRIVATE HIRE BEST PRACTICE GUIDANCE FOR LICENSING AUTHORITIES IN
ENGLAND AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CALDERDALE COUNCIL HACKNEY CARRIAGE
AND PRIVATE HIRE POLICY     It was moved by Councillor Sutherland Seconded by Councillor Ahmed   that the recommendation of the Licensing and
Regulatory Committee contained in Minute Number 6 (Part (c) only),
be approved.   RESOLVEDthat the Calderdale
Council Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy be
amended as outlined in Appendices 2.1 and 2.2, subject to the
circulation of Compliance Testing criteria to all
Members.
