(A) PAY POLICY
STATEMENT   It was moved by Councillor
Rivron, Seconded by Councillor
Bellenger   that the recommendations of
Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute Number 28, be
approved.   RESOLVED that the Council’s Pay Policy
Statement for 2026/27, as set out in the report and attached
appendices, be approved
