Hey, Seconded by Councillor
Veitch    that the recommendations of Audit Committee
contained in Minute Number 45 (part (a) only), be
approved.   RESOLVED that the Terms of Reference
attached at Appendix 1 of the report be approved and included
within the Council’s Constitution.
