(b)      delegated authority be given to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to action any changes to the Membership of the Brighouse War Memorial (Nurses Endowment) Fund if deemed appropriate, by the existing Trustees, with a fixed term to expire in July 2029;

(c)      the following changes to the representations on Outside Bodies be noted and approved:

Crossley and Porter Orphan Home and School Foundation – Representative Governors

Replace Nigel Marklew with Mr Stephen Baines

Yorkshire Regional and Coastal Flood Committee

Appoint Cllr Kimber as a substitute

West Yorkshire Combined Authority

WYCA Scrutiny Committee

To note appointments made under delegated authority by the Chief Executive to the following Committees:

Health Working Life Board

West Yorkshire Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework Joint Committee

Remove Councillor Wilkinson and replace with Councillor Kimber as a Member of the Committee.

Add Councillor Sutherland as a Member, and Councillor Hawkaluk and a substitute.

Add Councillor Commons as a Member, and Councillor Ingle and a substitute.
