Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005 Committee (Statutory Licensing Committee)

The Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005 Committee comprises ten councillors who consider licensing policies:

·      in relation to the discharge of functions set out in the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005 including the regulation of hypnotism; and

·      and make recommendations to the Cabinet and Council insofar as it impacts on the role and remit of the Council.
