A. Noted the Mayor’s Independent Review into Implementation Pathways for the CPCA Bus Franchising Scheme and the recommendations set out in the report.
B. In response to the findings of the Independent Review, officers have produced a Strategic Delivery Plan (SDP) to address the key concerns identified. Members noted the plan and provided feedback and comments.
C. Noted the additional work to be undertaken in regard to the Strategic Delivery Plan (further consultation on Service Permits and changes to the original outline business case).
