Purpose

To consider the commissioning strategy for the delivery of
mental health supported living services to adults with severe
mental illness.

RESOLVED –
 
THAT, having considered the results of the equalities impact
assessment at Appendix 1 of the report, and having had due regard
to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010,
the commissioning stategy as set out in the report, which includes
a 40% price/60% quality split and contract term of 60 months, with
a possible extension of 24 months (5 + 2 years), for an estimated
value of £32,734,520, be approved.
