The Assessment Sub-Panel, composed of three members from the Panel of Independent Persons, is responsible for reviewing complaints made under the Code of Conduct. It assesses whether these complaints are admissible and decides on any subsequent actions required. This sub-panel plays a key role in the initial stage of the members' complaints procedure.
