The Audit and Risk Committee provides advice to the Board of Trustees of the City of London Academies Trust regarding the effectiveness of the Trust's internal controls and risk management. It oversees the internal scrutiny programme and reviews the outcomes and quality of the external audit. The committee also assesses the Trust's overall risk profile, monitors risk management practices across all levels, and examines the Auditor's report before it is presented to the Board for approval.
