The Finance and Operations Committee provides financial scrutiny and oversight to support the City of London Academies Trust Board of Trustees in ensuring the Trust remains financially stable. It reviews the Trust's overall financial position for appropriateness, monitors financial management practices across all levels of the Trust, and examines the annual financial statements before they are presented to the Board for approval.
