The Local Government Pensions Board is an advisory body that assists the City of London Corporation in managing the City of London Corporation's Pension Scheme. It does not have decision-making powers. The Board's responsibilities include ensuring the scheme complies with regulations and relevant legislation, as well as meeting requirements set by the Pensions Regulator. It reports to the Court of Common Council on any compliance issues or other matters requiring escalation.
