The Committee consists of 13 Members, 9 appointed by the Council in accordance with the political balance of the authority; 2 employee representatives appointed by the Trade Unions and 2 additional co-opted individuals with voting rights to represent the other employers in the scheme. The Committee exercises the functions of the Council as the administering authority for the Local Government Pension Scheme. See link below:
