It was moved by Councillor
Conway, seconded by Councillor Cole, and
 
RESOLVED
that it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL
that the proposed changes to Article 21 – Governance
Arrangements of Council Owned Entities (as set out in the
appendices) be approved to be implemented immediately.
 
It was also RESOLVED that:
 
1. 
Subject to the decision made by Full Council in
relation to the above recommendation that the proposed changes to
the Protocol for Governance Arrangements of Council Owned Entities
(the Protocol) be approved;
2. 
Delegated authority be provided to the Head of
Commercial Services to make amends to the Protocol including
grammatical, legislative compatibility and other minor
amends;
3. 
The appointment/involvement of Members (whether
Executive, Non Executive or shared
administration) with the companies be reviewed after the 2025
election.
