It was moved by Councillor
Wells, seconded by Councillor J Thomas, and RESOLVED that it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL
that:
 
1. 
Article 18 – Joint Health and Wellbeing Board
Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly be replaced with the Terms of
Reference attached at appendix 1 to the report for implementation
from 20 May 2025.
2. 
Delegated authority be provided to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing to make any final minor amendments
(including the name of the Committee in Common) to Article 18
including accommodating minor changes as necessary received from
the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board and the
Council of the Isles of Scilly resulting from their own governance
approval processes.
