It was moved by Councillor
Jordan, seconded by Councillor J Thomas, and RESOLVED that:
 
1. 
The Annual Member Development Plan 2025-2026 as set
out at Appendix 1 to the report be approved;
2. 
Authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer,
following consultation with the Group Leaders, to agree any
additions or changes to the Plan;
3. 
That the changes to the Member Development Strategy
to confirm the periodic refresh requirements for mandatory training
and the mandatory chairing skills and meeting procedures training
also applying to Vice Chairmen, (and that the latter be triggered
only once Chairs and Vice-Chairs are elected) be
approved.
