Content
It was moved by Councillor Harris, seconded by
Councillor Monk, and
RESOLVED:
1.
That the Cornwall Housing Four Year Business Plan
for 2025-29, attached to the report as Appendix 1, be
approved.
2.
That the Corserv Four
Year Business Plan for 2025-29, attached to the report as Appendix
3, exempt appendix 4 and the Key Performance Indicators attached as
appendix 6, be approved.
3.
That the Treveth Four
Year Business Plan for 2025-29, attached to the report as Appendix
7 and exempt Appendix 8, be approved.
4.
That the Celtic Sea Power Four Year Business Plan
for 2025-29, attached to the report as Appendix 10 and exempt
Appendix 11, be approved.
5.
That up to £0.663m of funding from the BEIS
dowry funds held in the Place and Green Growth reserve be released
to support the operation of Celtic Sea Power Ltd in
2025/26.
6.
That a maximum of £2.481m over the four-year
business plan period be approved to fund the ongoing operation of
Celtic Sea Power Ltd to ensure it can deliver the outcomes stated
in its business plan with the funding to be released in stages from
the BEIS dowry funding held in the Place and Green Growth Reserve
and being dependent on the forecast budget for each financial year
brought forward for approval to Cabinet in the March preceding each
financial year being approved by Cabinet.
