It was moved by Councillor
German, seconded by Councillor Candy and
 
RESOLVED
that the Committee was assured that arrangements
were in place to provide the Committee with the relevant
information, in year, to allow it to discharge its duties regarding
Risk Management and was in line with its Terms of
Reference.
 
 
Actions:
 
1. 
To set up informal meetings with External Auditors,
Grant Thornton.
2. 
To advise on the number of people applying for the
position of lay member.
3. 
To provide an informal briefing on the Dedicated
Schools Grarnt.
4. 
To invite to Cabinet Member to future
meetings.
