1. 
That the publication of the two tenders set out
below be approved and that authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director Safe and Caring Communities, in consultation with the
Leader and the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health
Partnerships, to award and enter into the Framework Agreements with
the successful bidders:

a)
Extra Care Development Framework
b)
Extra Care Services Framework.
