RESOLVED that
the Committee in Common delegated authority to the Chief Executive
of Cornwall Council, in consultation with the Chief Executive of
NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board, the
Chief Executive of the Council of the Ilses of Scilly to approve
the submission of the Better Care Fund quarterly and end of year
returns during 2025-26 to NHS England in compliance with the
National Conditions of the Better Care Fund.
