approve the CIoS Good Growth SPF Programme performance and
commissioning arrangements.

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:

 

1. 
That the Programme Performance Report outlined in
the report be noted and that the CIoS Economic Prosperity Board
requests any additional data or information that it wants to be
included in the next quarterly performance report.

2. 
That the Good Growth Project Change, Remediation and
Clawback Policy, as set out in appendix 1 to the report, be
approved and implemented immediately.
