Procedure Rule 12.4, the Chairman referred the motion to the
Cabinet as the subject matter was one coming within its
functions.
ACTION:
Meeting to be set up with Cabinet Member, Proposer, Seconder,
Chairman of the Council and relevant officers to discuss issues
contained therein to enable the Leader to report back to Council on
the outcome within six months.
